Recharter Time – Scouts get caught up on dues; adults $42 recharter fee. Can pay over Venmo, at the Christmas Family Dinner, or other arrangements can be made. Contact Mark Nicholls or

 

 

Shed Clean-Up – Saturday 12/12 noon to 3pm; Everyone please bring some trash bags.

Bring work gloves, masks, water. In addition to bringing heavy duty black trash bags, any extra boxes would be appreciated. Adults and youth come and help!

 

 

Family Christmas Dinner – Saturday 12/12 5pm to 7pm, outside @ Woodhaven park.

All family members are invited to attend!

Families bring your own food and eat picnic style, plus fun gift exchange!

Everyone who wants to participate in the gift exchange should bring a $10 value gift (something you would like to receive). Bring a camp chair.

 

 

2021 Calendar Planning – Sunday 12/13 2pm via Zoom; For SPL, ASPL and Patrol leaders. Look for an email with the Zoom invite.

We have ideas for outings and will get everything else planned for 2021.

Winter Camp 12/27-31 – @ Trevor Rees-Jones Scout Camp; Money is due Tuesday 12/15

An email was sent out with all the forms that will be required for EVERYONE (even adults) to attend camp. Please note the physical form must be signed by a doctor and be less than a year old on the first day of camp.

Each person needs to bring a case of water bottles (24count).
