Flags Oak Grove Cemetery – Service Opportunity

This coming Saturday and Monday the VFW has asked for the Troop’s help. They have asked that we help put flags on the graves of veterans at Oak Grove Cemetery at 1413 E Irving Blvd, Irving, TX 75060

We will put out flags on Saturday at 9 am. They will bring the flags. The only thing we need to do is put the flags out. On Monday we will meet to pick the flags up. I want to say the time is around 5 pm but I will confirm on Saturday.

If you can only come out for one of the days that is fine.

This counts towards your service hours for advancement.

You can email me your size and quantity but you must pay Ms. Roman at the meeting. I will be placing the order 6/1 so we have them back in time for summer camp. I recommend ordering more than one for your scout as we don’t order them often. Please email me your order to and make payment at the meeting.
